Summary: This hotel needs renovating. The first room I got smelled bad. They were nice enough to give us a different room for our second night. The pool was nice and it's in a good location.

Summary: We love the Arlington. Nice entertainment & drinks. Offering breakfast onsite is nice! Perfect location to a charming & fun downtown. My biggest complaint is that the doors to the rooms are horrible to get in to. They are making renovations, hopefully that will include new doors. ☺️

Summary: The fifth floor is dark and kind of spooky. Had issues with the door lock on the entry door as well as the bathroom. Renovations are in progress, so things should be better later. Room was clean and even though the room was on the side of the hotel closest to the strip, it was very quiet.

Summary: Parking is an issue. The 3 story parking garage is very cramped with 1 lane to go up and down on. Our room was very much dated and walls are kinda thin. At 10:30pm the neighbors woke up us yelling.

Summary: The Arlington is a treasure. This was my first visit and I will not stay at this hotel from now on. It t is beautiful, unique and had major historic architecture and important historical significance.

Summary: The lobby has been renovated and working the rest. They first gave us an actual key to a room. It had not been cleaned. We had to go back downstairs got another room. The new room had only a shower closet with a rusted fan just above your head. The tile looked grubby. The toilet was right next to one wall. The sink was only a small basin in the corner nowhere to set anything down. Everywhere there were paint peeling in the hall and in our room. The lighting was dark in the hallway. The pool looked dirty.

Summary: I stayed for historic reasons. I used to pass the hotel while walking downtown Hot Springs as a little girl. The hotel is lovely but in need of updates/ upgrades.
